Job Responsibilities1. Be responsible for the preparation of output value and payment plans for the entire project process, the preparation of target costs, dynamic management and cost early warning. 2. Be responsible for the preparation of project base prices, project bidding analysis and bidding coordination, as well as the organization and review of the formation of the total price of the project general contract. 3. Participate in project bidding evaluation and contract negotiation, undertake budget preparation and review, project progress payment valuation, settlement and final accounts, and review the image progress output value of engineering projects. 4. Be responsible for reviewing whether the materials supplied by the owner and the contractor need price confirmation and their planned usage, and be responsible for the price confirmation reply of comprehensive price confirmation. 5. Implement the project cost management systems and methods formulated by the enterprise, correctly implement and apply quota standards, and timely reflect relevant situations. 6. Be responsible for the review of phased settlements and single project settlements, collect the final settlement drawings and final completion data submitted for external review, review their completeness and authenticity, recheck the externally approved final settlements and be responsible for the results. 7. Be responsible for handling the project settlement deduction list, financial settlement statement, final settlement balance, quality guarantee fund application, review of design-related settlements, etc.Job Requirements1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Project Cost, Engineering Management and other related majors. 2. At least 5 years of contract management experience in general contracting housing construction projects. 3. Familiar with national laws and regulations related to construction projects, technical specifications, bidding and tendering processes, and key points of contract management in various links of on-site construction. 4. Possess good communication and expression, organization and coordination abilities, and be able to handle relationships with all parties of the project well.
