Overall Project Management: Be responsible for the project management of railway electrification and four electrical systems projects, and conduct comprehensive control over on-site safety, progress, quality and cost of the projects. 2. Construction Organization and Planning: Formulate and organize the implementation of plans for construction organization design, quality, progress, safety and civilized production. 3. Internal and External Coordination: Coordinate relationships with the owner, design units, supervision units and other professional construction units to ensure the smooth progress of the project. 4. Process Control: Organize various project implementation meetings, inspect the project progress, quality, safety and risk control status, and timely resolve problems arising during construction. 5. Compliance and Acceptance: Cooperate with the supervision and inspection of railway departments, and manage various agreements and contracts within the scope of responsibilities; Organize the internal acceptance, external acceptance, handover for operation of the project, as well as the subsequent project quality warranty and payment collection work. 6. Team and Resource Management: Scientifically organize and manage the production factors such as human, material and financial resources at the construction site, and preside over the daily work of the project. 7. Risk Management: Identify and assess various risks during the construction process, formulate and implement response measures, and establish a risk early warning mechanism.Job Requirements1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Railway Electrification, Power System and Its Automation, Communication Engineering, Signal and Control, Automation, Engineering Management and other related majors. 2. Hold a senior or above professional title in the engineering series, as well as the first-class constructor qualification certificate of the relevant major, with a good performance record. 3. More than 7 years of construction management experience in railway electrification and four electrical systems (communication, signal, power, electrification) or related large-scale infrastructure projects; At least 4 years of experience in management positions such as deputy project manager, chief engineer or equivalent and above in the railway electrification and four electrical systems industry, and have served as the project manager of at least one medium and large railway electrification and four electrical systems project in its entirety; Overseas project experience is preferred. 4. Have a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale railway electrification and four electrical systems projects, with the responsible projects performing well in terms of safety, quality, progress and cost control, and no major liability accidents. 5. Profoundly master the construction technology, technical standards, acceptance specifications and industry development trends of railway electrification and four electrical systems; Grasp the methods of project planning, progress management, cost control and risk management; Be familiar with the relevant national and industrial laws and regulations. 6. Possess excellent team leadership and organizational coordination capabilities, and be able to effectively motivate and lead the team to achieve goals; Have strong internal and external communication, negotiation and coordination capabilities, and be good at handling complex interpersonal relationships and multi-stakeholder interests; Have a strong sense of cost control and outstanding business capabilities; Be highly responsible for work, dare to take on responsibilities, and have a high sense of professionalism.
