Accurate Research & DiagnosisUsing Job Safety SAFETY’s independently developed Quantitative Safety assessment tools, we conduct comprehensive research and evaluation across all business segments and management levels. We accurately identify work safety risks, regulatory compliance status and shortcomings of existing systems, produce a complete diagnosis report, and clarify the core direction and key tasks of system development.
2. System Framework PlanningBased on the diagnosis results and in strict accordance with national standards and industry specifications, we follow the LPDCA closed-loop management concept (Leadership, Planning, Doing, Checking, Acting). We organize a safety management system framework with 16 primary elements and multiple secondary elements, and design quantitative maturity scoring items and scoring systems to build the core structure.
3. Customized System DevelopmentIn view of the client’s multi-format characteristics, we adopt an innovative “1+N” system development model:

• “1”: A universal work safety standard covering the whole company, unifying core guidelines, responsibilities and compliance bottom lines.

• “N”: Customized special control standards for engineering, hazardous waste, water supply & drainage and other sectors, focusing on operation management and operation control.

  We complete full-system document compilation, including safety management regulations, processes, operation specifications and standard manuals.

   After review, finalization and release of system documents, we carry out hierarchical and classified promotion and guidance training for management, functional departments and frontline posts. We ensure full understanding of system requirements, job responsibilities and operation specifications, promote full implementation of the work safety standardization system, and form a long-term closed-loop management mechanism.
