Recently, Jiabao Safety provided professional incident investigation technical services for the Emergency Management Bureau of a district in a city. Relying on professional technical capabilities and rich practical experience, we fully compiled the technical analysis report on incident investigation, leveraging professional strength to help government departments improve the quality and efficiency of incident investigation work and provide solid technical support for work safety supervision.
In the development of this incident investigation technical analysis project, the Jiabao Safety project team strictly followed the requirements of two core documents: Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Emergency Management on Issuing the Guidelines for Compiling Work Safety Incident Investigation Reports (Trial) (Emergency Office 〔2023〕 No. 4) and Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Emergency Management on Issuing the Guidelines for Compiling Technical Cause Investigation Reports of Work Safety Incidents and the Guidelines for Compiling Management Cause Investigation Reports of Work Safety Incidents (Emergency Office 〔2025〕 No. 26), and adhered to the work principle of scientific rigor and seeking truth from facts. The project team comprehensively integrated multi-dimensional data including the basic situation of the accident enterprise, on-site investigation reports and interview transcripts issued by relevant government departments, third-party professional inspection reports and various relevant technical documents, and systematically carried out technical analysis of incident investigation to ensure the compliance of the analysis process, the sufficiency of analysis basis and the accuracy of analysis results.
In the core work of compiling the technical analysis report on incident investigation, the Jiabao Safety project team also sorted out and extracted the key content and compilation requirements of the report, forming standardized reference points. This not only laid a solid foundation for the compilation of this report, but also provided standardized guidance for the subsequent technical analysis of similar incident investigations, helping to improve the professionalism and standardization level of incident investigation work.
