On February 27, 2026, the 2025 Annual Summary and 2026 Mobilization Conference of the Quantitative Safety Business Unit was grandly held in the company conference room. Dr. Xu, the Chairman of the company, Zhang Kui, the General Manager of the Quantitative Safety Business Unit, and all employees of the unit gathered together to conduct a comprehensive review of the 2025 work achievements, commend advanced models, map out the 2026 development blueprint, and officially sound the assembly call for resuming work and production and sprinting for goals, gathering tremendous strength for the high-quality development in the new year.
With the core theme of "Review the Past, Commend the Advanced, Unite as One, and Sprint for the Future", the conference set five progressive and interlocking agendas: individual work summary reports, commendation ceremony, SBG Leader's report, sprint oath-taking, and leadership speech, laying a solid foundation for the unit's development in the new year. In the summary report session, the person-in-charges of the two SBUs – Digital Safety and Management Consulting – took the stage first to systematically review the 2025 work achievements, conduct an in-depth analysis of existing problems and the layout ideas for the new year. Eighteen employees delivered individual job reports in turn, elaborating on their annual work performance, growth gains and future plans. An excellent summary selection was held on-site through QR code scoring, with a comprehensive evaluation from five dimensions including report content and PPT design to ensure fairness and impartiality. Four new employees also made self-introductions, injecting new vitality into the team and demonstrating a positive and uplifting mental outlook.
To set benchmarks and motivate all staff, a grand commendation ceremony was held at the conference to honor outstanding individuals, teams and projects that had made remarkable performances in 2025. Nine awards were presented on-site in turn, including the Excellent On-site Resident Individual Award, Excellent Individual Award, Forging Ahead Award, Diligent Pioneer Award, Sharing Star Award, Excellent Newcomer Award, Business Opportunity Reporting Award, Excellent Project Award and Excellent Summary Award. Qiu Jing, Yang Song, Ye Tao, Li Tianping and many other employees, as well as two outstanding project teams, won these honors. At the conference, Zhang Kui, General Manager of the Quantitative Safety Business Unit, delivered the unit's annual overall work report. He systematically summarized the outstanding achievements of the unit in 2025 in business expansion, project implementation and team building, conducted an in-depth analysis of the current industry development trends and the unit's development opportunities, and clarified the core work objectives and implementation paths for 2026 from the aspects of business layout, capability improvement and team building, pointing out the direction for the unit's resumption of work and production and high-quality development.

In the collective oath-taking session, all employees took a solemn oath under the leadership of the unit's general manager, and the neat and resounding oath echoed throughout the venue. It not only demonstrated the firm determination of all staff of the Quantitative Safety Business Unit to quickly switch from the "holiday mode" to the "work mode", but also gathered a strong synergy to overcome difficulties and strive for outstanding achievements.
