To help enterprises in the culture and sports industry fulfill their primary responsibility for work safety and improve the safety management level of event organization and venue operation, Job Safety Solutions was recently invited to deliver a special EHS laws and regulations training for a culture and sports enterprise in Shenzhen. The training was hosted by Liu Longfei, a senior lecturer of Job Safety Solutions, and brought a professional and practical safety knowledge feast for the relevant staff of the enterprise, focusing on core content such as typical accident warnings, in-depth interpretation of new regulations, and handling of illegal acts.
Based on the safety pain points of the culture and sports industry, this training adopted the core idea of Case Warning + Regulation Interpretation + Practical Guidance to build a comprehensive safety knowledge explanation system. At the beginning of the training, Lecturer Liu Longfei carried out profound warning education by combining a number of typical safety accident cases in the culture and sports industry. During the training, all participants conducted an in-depth analysis of the direct and indirect causes of each accident, pointing directly to the common problems of event organizers such as insufficient risk assessment, lack of emergency plans, absence of facility supervision, and delayed emergency response. The lecturer emphasized that the occurrence of these accidents is closely related to loopholes in safety management, sounding the alarm for culture and sports enterprises.
In the regulation interpretation session, the training focused on the Standards for Identifying Major Work Safety Hidden Dangers in the Sports Industry (2025 Edition), and detailed the six core changes compared with the old version. In accordance with the standards, it sorted out the circumstances of major hidden dangers and rectification requirements in two scenarios: event preparation and venue operation, guiding the participants to accurately identify and eliminate safety hidden dangers.
Regarding the important new regulation Rules for Identifying Major Fire Hazards (GB35181-2025), the lecturer compared the core differences between the new and old standards and highlighted the four major highlights of the new version. Combined with the characteristics of densely populated places such as culture and sports venues and event sites, the lecturer explained the applicable scenarios of direct identification and comprehensive identification, helping enterprises master the method of identifying fire hazards.
The content of this training closely meets the actual needs of the culture and sports industry, with both theoretical height and practical guidance, which can effectively improve the employees' awareness of safety compliance and their ability to investigate hidden dangers. In the future, Job Safety Solutions will continue to give play to its professional advantages, deepen its roots in the field of safety training for the culture and sports industry, and tailor safety solutions for more enterprises, helping the work safety situation of the culture and sports industry maintain a steady and positive trend.
